FREEMAN BEAUTY UK 'AVOCADO & OATMEAL CLAY MASK' REVIEW

Avocado & Oatmeal Clay Mask
 15ml sachet £1.50, 175ml tube £5.99

A short while ago, I received a parcel full of wonderful face masks from Freeman Beauty UK (read the post here). But, I had a struggle between getting the post written in good time, and testing the content out fully for review since I only have one face!! So, I decided that I would add reviews to my blog as I try out the face masks, instead of writing one huge post that would take ages. As you can see from the above images and the title of today's post, I have recently tried out the Avocado & Oatmeal Clay Mask.

I am a great lover of avocado and love it on a piece of toast, however, I can't say that I have ever actually put it on my face before... So I was excited to try it out! The product also comes in a full-size tube, but for now, if you're trying a product out for the first time, these sachets are ideal and will get you between 2-4 uses. This mask claims to be for normal/combo skin types, and that is what I class myself as so hopefully it will do wonders on my skin. This particular mask is for deep cleaning and purifying of your pores. I hate pores. I love any skin product that helps me keep them clean and clear. I wear makeup pretty much every day so it always important for me to try and keep my skin as clean as possible!

This mask directs you to apply it to your face, let it dry, and then rinse with cold water. I personally would advise not to leave it on for longer than 15 mins, just in case it becomes too dry and begins to irritate. When I first applied this mask to my skin, it felt slightly warming - surprisingly nice, especially in colder weather! I love the texture and consistency of this mask, it is light and smooth, and also a quite a flattering colour considering face masks are never really flattering. I used a flannel to help remove the mask, I think this helped get all the product off of my face and also gave my face an extra little scrub clean. Directly after use, I noticed that my pores did appear more open and slightly clearer. Unfortunately, my pores still existed, but I am pretty sure its impossible to zap your pores away so that's just me whining. Overall, I would use this mask again, and I was impressed with the results. If you have any questions, do comment below or on any of my social media sites. Let me know if you have tried any of the Freeman Beauty UK products too and what you thought!
