In my wardrobe, pastel tones are such an essential all year round. I've always been a fan of pretty pastel pinks, nudes, and blues rather than the brights and neons, so why break a habit of a lifetime when putting together today's outfit post? In most of my outfit posts, I tend to have my basic staple items that make frequent appearances. For example, my Topshop Joni jeans, basic t-shirts, or my black Chelsea boots. I then tend to always make the focal part of my post surrounding an item that is either new to me or just new to my blog that partners well with those staples. Today, I am including two new-to-me items which are actually so gorgeous I couldn't leave them in the shops.

Firstly, is my pastel dusty pink blazer. I love blazers, and I don't know why it has taken me this long to own one? I bought this particular one in the Topshop sale. At £30.00 reduced from £59.00, this was an absolute steal! There is something about it that is just so classy and it can make an otherwise basic outfit appear so well-presented. Unfortunately, I can't find the exact one online, but I have found one very similar that is equally as stunning. However, if you did want this exact one, then I do recommend taking a trip to the Oxford Street store, as they had lots when I bought mine in there! The other focus of today's post is my new shoulder bag that I recently bought from H&M. I struggle with shoulder bags to find ones that aren't clumpy but fit everything in that I would want to carry with me that day. Thankfully, this bag seems to have solved that problem. The detailing is what drew me to this piece in the first place - its snakeskin-patterned top partnered with its chain strap and metal ring feature grabbed me instantly. It is also so good to branch out a little and own a handbag that isn't black like all my other handbag obsessions!
