I thought I'd share with you a breakfast recipe this morning, which tastes delicious and ensures a high protein first meal of the day. It is super quick and easy, so this isn't going to be a long post. Click read more for the recipe...

100g Onken Natural Set Biopot Yogurt
1 scoop of Impact Whey Protein (today I used Chocolate Brownie flavour)

As you can see, the base ingredients for this are so simple. I literally thought to myself, why have I not done this ages ago?! At the moment, it does sound a bit plain, so here's the good bit. You can get inventive with the toppings, but bare in mind that you don't want to be adding too much extra sugar/fat. Personally, I like fresh fruit as a topping on mine (unfortunately, I only had strawberries left in the fridge today and I have already eaten my banana, oops). I have also added a sprinkling of cacao nibs. I know a lot of people also like to mix in nut butters, or flavour drops, even some dark chocolate. To make my bowl a bit more filling this morning, I added 2 tablespoons of rolled oats, which will slowly release energy throughout the day.

This breakfast is great for anyone that, like me, has a sweet tooth and also aims to have a protein packed diet. Here's me enjoying the luxury of a lie-in and breakfast in bed! P.S Don't forget that you can use my referral code EVIE-R4 at MyProtein for a discount!
